About Us
St Andrews Pre-School has been providing early year’s education in Felixstowe for 40 years. We are registered with OFSTED, who ensure that our premises are suitable and the quality of care and education provided is of a high standard. We are registered to care for children from 2 years old to age 5.
Our aim is to provide a safe, stimulating and caring environment in which children are given opportunities to learn through play, and experiment and explore at their own pace. We endorse inclusion, equality and diversity through our policies and practice, and work with a wide range of multi-agencies to support children and their families.

Our Rooms
At St Andrews we operate 2 separate learning rooms know as our Toddler room and our Rising room. Children can start in our rising room the year prior to them starting school. This is a single cohort room therefore all children will move onto their chosen schools at the end of their rising room year. Our toddler room takes children from 2 years old until they are eligible to join our rising room the September after they turn 3.
Although in separate rooms, children from the rising and toddler rooms still have plenty of opportunities to interact. Our toddler room children love to learn from their older peers and this gives our rising children the opportunity to be brilliant role models, which they love.
